  Altamont Fairgrounds, Old Songs Festival if you are already planning to go anyway - in front of the dance hall 11-12 noon. Just be there, bring cameras, hands across old songs signs, clean energy, no drilling. I will NOT be able to respond to emails AT ALL just be in front of the dance hall 11-12 and take photos of people holding signs and hands and upload them. I will try to do the same.

  From the south: I 87 exit 22 to Bolton Landing. Route 9N northbound 10 miles, right turn at the Bolton Free Library. From the north: I87 exit 24, east on Co.Rt 11. till the end, right on Rt 9n. go through town, left at the Library.

  Take the Brooklyn bound 'F' 'D', 'N' or 'Q' train to the end of the line - Coney Island Stillwell Avenue Station - and just cross the street! Stillwell Avenue bottoms out onto the beach. You can't miss it. We will be fanning our from the aquarium side of the boardwalk, so turn left as you are facing the ocean. It takes about fifty minutes from Lower Manhattan, so please time your trip so that you arrive in time to join hands at 12. We'll see you at the beach!

  The gathering is to take place at Emerald Beach at the Erie Basin Marina. The beach is located at the end of the marina, across from the observation tower. Participants are being asked to bike to the gathering.

  From Route 25, go south on Fifth or Sixth Street in Greenport, to the end of the street. Parking is available at this beach. If you do not have a Southold Town beach permit sticker for your car, you may want to park on a side street and walk to the beach.
